We spent a wonderful (if not freezing cold, it did snow on us 3 days while we were there) 21 day visit with our Grandson in March..
We started out in Mukilteo
Now this is a bird we don't see in Hawaii!
At times I felt like I was being dive bombed. These guys were flying around by the dozen.
It was good practice trying to follow them and keep them focused.
This is the US Coast Guard lighthouse at Mukilteo Harbor
Palsbo Ferry coming in to the Mukilteo Harbor
Ryan was making his own swing out of the fence around the Lighthouse.
Ryan enjoying the Mukilteo Harbor beach
Then we moved to Ocean Shores!
Pond on the Indian Reservation leading into the Casino....
I really liked the reflections in the water.
This one was cool with all the parallel lines running up to the bank.
This duck wanted to stretch his wings.
I found this burl stump on the beach at Ocean Shores. The colors (yellow, blue-grey & gold) were unbelievable. This photo really does not give it justice..
